Seminars on management system auditing have been presented throughout the world since 1980.
Public courses are offered through the American Society for Quality. They are held in cities throughout the USA and Canada. See my Calendars for scheduled classes and locations.
On-site courses are offered through ASQ. Since they provide turnkey service (all materials and coordination), I prefer you use ASQ. You may also contract directly through me. It is cheaper but you do all the preparation work, such as providing meeting space, books and reproducing materials.
I offer five auditing seminars:
- Auditing for Improvement, This 2 or 3-day basic course is my newest one (2012). It applies to all management systems, such as quality, environment, safety, and security. There is an equal mix of lecture and workshops. This course is only offered through ASQ.
- Quality Audits for Improved Performance, the 2 or 3-day legacy class that I have presented since 1984 to over 10,000 people. This course is not being maintained, but is still offered directly through me.
- Process-based Auditing, a 1-day intermediate class offered through ASQ or directly through me.
- Supplier Auditing, a 1-day basic class offered only through the ASQ Customer-Supplier Division.
- Advanced Auditing, a 1-day master class, covering integrated management systems, process approach, powerful findings through systems analysis, and the future (of everything!). Offered only through me.
